A little introduction:
I moved to Durango from New England to in 1972 to attend Fort Lewis College and ski five days a week. My friends and I adopted a theme “Ski Fort Lewis, get a degree in your spare time.” I got my Real Estate License in 1977, the year after I graduated, and have been a full time Realtor ever since. I was a Realtor with Realty World for my first 3 years, then came to CENTURY 21 in 1980, and have been here ever since. I have been a consistent Top Producer ever since and kept a ‘Masters Club in Real Estate’ designation for over ten years.
I have a 23 year old daughter who attended college in Salamanca, Spain and CU in Boulder, CO who will keep me traveling the world for a few more years.
Aside from being a Ski Instructor back in the mid- seventies, real estate has been my only profession for over 31 years. I don’t tend to “specialize” in any particular aspect of real estate, but have a very well rounded knowledge in all areas of the real estate industry; from finding your ideal vacant lot or acreage for your dream home, your commercial investment or income property, or perhaps that sprawling ranch in the high country for you ranchers. I have also had hands on participation in land development and creating subdivisions for resale. I have worked closely with builders and excavators, thus giving me good experience in building site placement, excavation, road construction, and building design from the ground up.
